Your second location can't run on memory.

An operating system you author, built to scale the standards you set. Not AI-generated training. Not someone else's framework. Yours — documented once, replicable everywhere.

01 — The expansion moment

There's a moment most operators don't see coming.

Your first location runs on what's in your head. Your standards, your shortcuts, your judgment calls. The team learns by working alongside you.

Then you open a second one. The same energy doesn't fit through email. The same shortcuts produce different results in a room you're not in. New hires get trained inconsistently because there's no shared definition of trained. Your best people burn out covering for the gaps. Standards drift quietly, then loudly.

Most training tools assume you want a machine to author your standards. We assume the opposite — that you already have them. In your head. In the way you do the work. In the call you make on a Tuesday afternoon when something's off and you fix it without thinking. TalentOS gives you the structure to externalize those standards, sharpen them, and replicate them across every location. The judgment stays yours. The system carries it everywhere.

02 — What you get

An operating layer for the part of your business that's hardest to systematize.

Stop being the bottleneck

New hires shouldn't need your direct attention to get up to speed. TalentOS gives them a clear path and gives you visibility without micromanagement.

Document once, train everywhere

Your SOPs live in one place — not in five managers' heads, three Google Docs, and one Slack pin from 2022. Update them once; every location stays current.

Know who's ready

See exactly where each employee is in their development. Identify your next promote, your at-risk hires, and your training gaps before they become turnover.

You stay the author

Other tools write your training for you. TalentOS gives you the framework to document your standards in your own voice, then makes them replicable across every location. The system multiplies your judgment. It doesn't replace it.

03 — See it in action

A live demo. Real interactions. Mock data.

This is the actual product experience. Click between tabs. Try the locked feature. The data is fictional; the interactions are real.

06 — Questions

Things people ask before signing up.

Where does my data live?
In your own Google Sheet, in your own Google account. TalentOS is the interface; you own the data. Cancel anytime and you keep everything.
Do I need technical skills to set this up?
If you can use Google Sheets, you can use TalentOS. Setup takes under an hour. The lesson catalog and role hierarchy come pre-filled with sensible defaults; you edit them in plain English.
Can I customize it for my industry?
Built for multi-unit retail operators expanding to their next location. Used by restaurants, hospitality, fitness studios, salons, dental practices, and any owner-led team scaling past one location. The framework — roles, lessons, mastery rubric — is industry-agnostic. The lived experience behind it is retail, which is why the defaults feel sharp instead of generic.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
It stays in your Google Sheet. You can keep using the sheet directly, or come back to TalentOS later. There is no lock-in by design.
Who's behind TalentOS?
TalentOS is a product from CMPL, an operations and talent consultancy in Santa Ana, CA. It's built on the same training framework that scaled a fifty-plus-location retail operation with seven hundred employees.
When can I actually use it?
Production launch is targeting late Q3 2026. Join the waitlist for early access and founding member pricing. Demos and pilot conversations available now.
